This policy explains what information The Unlock Strong Program ("the Program," "we," "us") collects, why, and what we will never do with it. Plain English, no burying the important parts.

1. What we collect

• Purchase information: your name, email address, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by our payment processor, we never see or store your card number.
• Setup quiz answers: your training experience, schedule, equipment, and the health-screening questions (bone density, injuries, and similar). These exist for exactly one purpose: building your personalized program and its safety modifications.
• Email engagement: whether our onboarding emails reach you, so we can fix delivery problems.
• Basic site data: the minimal technical logs any website generates. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

2. The health-information promise

Some quiz answers touch on your health. Here is our commitment about them:

• They are used only to personalize your program and its safety rules.
• They are never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• They are completely separate from any medical practice. The Program is not a healthcare provider, your answers are not medical records, and they are never connected to any patient chart, anywhere. The Program doesn't know or ask whether you are anyone's patient.

3. Where your information lives

Your account, quiz answers, and emails are stored with the established service providers that run the Program's website, checkout, and email delivery. These providers process your information only on our behalf. Your personalized program settings are also stored in your own browser so your pages load with your program.

4. Emails

After purchase you'll receive your program delivery and a weekly onboarding sequence tied to where you are in the program. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works with one click, unsubscribing never affects your access to the Program.

5. What we never do

• Sell or rent your information to anyone.
• Share your information for others' marketing.
• Run third-party ad trackers on Program pages.
• Connect your Program data to any medical record.

6. Your rights

Email us at any time to: get a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days (we may retain basic purchase records where the law requires). Whatever privacy rights your state or country grants you, we honor requests in that spirit regardless of where you live.

7. Retention

We keep your account and program data for as long as you have access to the Program, which, with a lifetime purchase, is until you ask us to delete it.

8. Not for children

The Program is designed for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll post the update here with a new date and note it in our emails. We will never quietly weaken the health-information promise in section 2.
